Walter A. Kalinka

Walter A. “Wally” Kalinka Jr. age 80 yrs. Resident of Palos Hills, IL , passed away, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Maria nee Cursio; loving father of Laura (the late Tyler ) Venziano, Cinthia (Kevin ) Bailey , Michael (Jennifer) Kalınka, and Robert (Tammy), (the late Rebecca) Kalinka; cherished grandfather of Nina, Tony, Samantha, Christopher, Dominic, and Sophia. Wally was a member of the Order Sons of Italy and served as President of the Southwest Lodge #2558 for a few years.

Family and friends will gather for visitation on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Thursday 9:00 a.m. from Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home 11028 Southwest Highway, Palos Hills, Illinois 60465, to Sacred Heart Church, mass 10:00 a.m. . Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
