Dear Grandfather of Jason, Hannah, Jacob Stephens; Loving Brother of Arlene (Philip) Urban; Cherished Uncle of Keith (Karen), Brian (Melanie),Kristin (Albert) Hansen, Craig (Carisa)Urban; Proud Great Uncle of Alexandra (Ryan) Coley, Andrew, Corey, Luke, Tyler Urban; Great Great Uncle of RJ and Ava Coley. 

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 25, 10:00 - 12: 00 p.m. with a funeral service at 12:00 p.m.  at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 Southwest Highway, Palos Hills.. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip.

Thomas was a volunteer for over 40 plus years at the Misericodia Heart of Mercy and was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Palos Hills, IL
