Sheila R. Camlic

Sheila “Lee” Camlic (Detablan), 70, of Alsip IL, passed away on September 17th. Born in Dubuque, Iowa and raised in Rockford IL, she graduated from Rockford West Highschool, graduated from Western Illinois University, received her Master’s Degree from Wichita State University and her PhD from the Alder School of Professional Psychology. She was married to Stan Camlic. Her career was in the Juvenile Court Systems of Cook County Illinois and in Kansas, she also worked as a store Assistant Manager, an engineer at Motorola and as a clinical psychologist. She is survived by her son Jason and daughter Janelle. She is also survived by her brothers, George, Don and Gilbert and sister Yolanda (Causey), nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews, as well as beloved friends. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations to any favorite charity be made in her name. Services and interment private
