III (Jen) Lezon, Laura (Joseph) Nincevich, Lisa (Jason) Dyrda; loving grandpa and pops to Sam, Ava, Cole, Ben, Andrew, Nathan, Trent, Lexi, Joey, Giada and Holly; dearest son of the late Evelyn Kubas and Raymond (the late Celeste) Lezon; dearest brother of Wayne (Kathie) Lezon, Renee (Raul) Perez; cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews; loyal friend to many and dear friend to the Shady Haven Community. Long time employee of the City of Chicago Streets and Sanitation and the Cook County Forest Preserves.
