Philip Frank LoPresti, U.S. Army Veteran, passed away suddenly on Thursday, November 17, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband for 52 years of Marcia A. nee Soltis LoPresti, loving father of Anthony Rocco and Jill LoPresti; cherished grandfather of Nathan, Natalie and Isabella LoPresti, former father-in-law of Violet and Sylvia; dearest brother of Lawrence LoPresti and Mary Jane (Frank) LaScola; dear uncle, great uncle and friend to many. Philip was very active with his community and church. He will be sorely missed by the many who had the pleasure of knowing him. Family and friends will gather for a memorial visitation on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 Southwest Highway, Palos Hills, IL 60464. A memorial mass will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022 at Our Lady of Snows Church, 4810 South Leamington Ave., Chicago, IL. Mass 10:00 a.m. A Widow in Need All who knew Phil knew he had the biggest heart and was always there to help. Now is a time for us to help his wife Marcia during this difficult time.
