Loretta E. Moczynski

Loretta Moczynski passed away at home surrounded by her family after a very brave battle with cancer. A loving mother to Jennifer (Joseph) Battaglia, William (Janina) Kackert. A caring daughter to her dearly departed parents John and Mary Moczynski. A devoted sister to her brothers Richard,John, and Robert Moczynski. A special grandmother to Erin Koons (Christian Koons), Ashley Stacy, Andrew Stacy, Ryder Stacy. Aunt to Darlene, departed Cliff, Kailey, Brandie. She was a friend to many and an extremely hard worker in any setting. She had a love of Polish food and traditions and enjoyed watching General Hospital and Judge Judy as well as fishing on sunny days. Her family, and their happiness, was the most important thing in her life. She lived her life in her own fearless way; walking her daughter down the isle for marriage and carrying her parents to their final resting places. She was the first to lend a hand or give needed advice and she will be missed beyond measure

Family and friends will gather for a visitation on Sunday, July 20, 2025 3-8 p.m. Funeral Service on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home 11028 Southwest Hwy. Palos Hills, IL 60465 . Interment Resurrection Cemetery Justice Illinois.
