Leo C. Fitterer, age 90 years, US Army veteran. Formerly of Joliet, Illinois, beloved husband of the late Helen nee O’Rourke Fitterer; loving father Debra (Michael) Finkelmeyer, Karen Bellino, Janice (Steven)Chrapla, Gary (Lisa), and the late Jeffrey Fitterer; loving grandfather of Paul, Nicole, Angela, Michael, Natalie, Katie, Ashley, and Jeffrey; proud, great - grandfather of Alexandre, Abigail, Andie, Atticus, Anthony, and Grayson; loving partner for over 20 years to Lucy Weidner; dearest Brother of the late Dolores Waters and Marilyn Coffey.
Family and friends will gather for visitation on Friday 9:30 AM until time of service 1:00 PM at Palos Gaidas Funeral Home 11028 Southwest Highway, Palos Hills, IL 60465 , Interment Fairmount Willow Hills Cemetery
