Kathleen “Kathy” Dobrocky a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and devoted family member, passed away surrounded by the love she cherished so deeply. She leaves behind her husband, Theodore “Ted” Dobrocky, along with family and friends who will forever hold her memory close.
Kathy was known for her unwavering love of family. She truly believed that being together, supporting one another, and sharing in both life’s joys and challenges were the most important gifts we have. She had a special way of bringing people together—always listening, always supporting, and ready to happily debate any topic. Her warmth and easygoing nature made everyone feel valued and understood.
Those who knew Kathy will remember her kind heart, her gentle spirit, and the comfort of being in her presence, as long as it wasn’t related to a game of cards where she lived by one rule, beat all comers. She found happiness in simple moments spent with loved ones, and her greatest pride was the family she helped nurture and care for.
Kathy’s legacy is one of love, compassion, and togetherness. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
She is survived by Ted, William and Kasandra Dobrocky (Danny and Maddie Dobrocky, Parker), Laura and Tim Flynn (Liam, Patrick and Eileen), her sister Joan Allen. Her beloved son Tom preceded in her death, and she has now followed him into the arms of our Lord. Many nieces and nephews too many to list but never too many to love.
