Katherine M. Gesiakowski, beloved daughter of the late Raymond and Emily, loving sister of Lawrence (Gail), John (Joyce), Paul (Donna), Mark (Bonnie) and Raymond (Emily Smith) Gesiakowski, and Maria Vavrinchik, devoted aunt of Jennifer, James (Jennifer), Jeffrey (Maggie), Sarah, Ken (Liz), David (Jennifer), Matthew, Stephen, Amy Gesiakowski, Eddie and Paul Seitz, Amanda (Scott) Spinelle and Jack Vavrinchik, devoted great-aunt of  Alex, Brett, Olivia, Brantley, Emma, Juliana, Harlynn Jo Gesiakowski and Will Spinelle. Proceeded in death by parents, and survived by her siblings as written.   Katherine was a Cardiac Intensive Care nurse, who worked for over 30 years at Mercy Hospital in Chicago.Visitation Services will be held on Wednesday 3-9 PM. Funeral Thursday 830 AM from the funeral home to St. Albert the Great Church for 930 AM Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
