Joseph F. Gagner

Joseph Gagner, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife Celine nee Nicolei; loving father of Anthony Barracco and the late Kimberly Gagner Lopez; dearest step-father of Vikki Ostrowski and Tracy (Sean) McGinnis and the late Jason Ostrowski; dear grandfather of Jack, Michael, Joey, Kasey, Giovanni, Zoey, Raymond, Elizabeth, Moria and Margaret; cherished brother of Louis (the late Carol), Frank (Sue) and Lori Gagner; kind uncle to many nieces and nephews. Joseph was a member of Local 597. Joseph will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Services will be private.
