John Spyridakos

John D. Spyridakos “Yianni” 75 of Palos Hills, born of Patra and formerly of Athens Greece passed away peacefully Tuesday December 6th, with his loving family at his side. Beloved husband of Paula (nee Theodorakos) for 53 years. Loving father of Eleftheria (Dr. James) Kogionis and Eleni (Kirk) Tsoutsas. Proud Pappou of Dena and Niko Kogionis, and Betty and Petros Tsoutsas. Dearest son of the late Dimitrios and Eleftheria Spyridakos. Dear brother of Katerina (the late John) Priniotakis and brother-in-law of the late Joanna (the late Nick) Liounis, and Renna (Ted) Lemberis. Fun loving Theio of many nieces and nephews here in the United States as well as Greece. It is with the heaviest hearts to announce the passing of our dearest husband, father, and Pappou. We were the luckiest in the world that God blessed us with the very best. Your strength is immeasurable, your love is endless and your passion for life, family, friends, and Greece will live on forever. You taught us to be honest, kind, caring and always to give 100% in everything you do. Your strength is within us and we pray we can be almost like you.
