Joann M. Bachelder

Joann M. nee Bandiga-Bachelder, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 surrounded by her loving family by her side. Beloved wife of the late George James Bachelder III; loving mother of Mary Kay (David) Loyd, Carol Ann (Patrick) Carmody, George James Bachelder IV., James Joseph Bachelder, Joseph John Bachelder, and Thomas William Bachelder C.P.D.; Cherished grandmother of Matthew, Justin, Tyler, Jessie, Meghan, Kathy, Ashley and Jake; proud great grandmother of Cilas; dearest sister of William (the late Betty) Bandiga; kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Joann was a graduate of St. Bernard's School of Nursing, Class of 1955. She was a registered nurse. Family and Friends will gather for visitation on Saturday, November 19, 2022 8:30 a.m. until time of prayers 10:00 a.m. at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 Southwest Hwy. Palos Hills, IL to Sacred Heart Church, Mass 10:30 a.m. , Interment St. Mary Cemetery
