Joan M. Witry, nee Dozier, passed away on September 2, 2021 at the age 87. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Witry for 57 years. Cherished mother of Brenda Witry, Laura (Luke) Bailey, Matthew (Mary Pat), Julianna (James) Merkle and just like a mother to Daniel Welch. Loving grandmother of Kenneth Bailey (Liz), Erin Bailey and fiancée (Jerry), Brianne Bailey, Caitlin Witry, Nicholas Witry and fiancée (Olivia), Jordan Merkle and fiancée (Russell) and Jenna Merkle. Great Grandmother to Brayden and Rowan Bailey. Dearest sister to Elizabeth (Joseph) Moran and the late Howard Dozier (Lorraine). Fond sister in law to Doreen (Norbert) Sanders and Loretta and the late (Frank) Cosgrove. Loved by many nieces and nephews. Mom leaves behind many dear friends and always enjoyed living life to the fullest.
