James G. Lorenz

James G. Lorenz, age 64. Beloved husband of Rebecca (nee Merriman). Devoted father of James and Ashley (Jeff) Nolan. Cherished grandfather of 14. Dearest son of James and the late Elaine. Loving brother of Marty, Mike, Rick and Dan. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Jim was an avid golfer, fisherman, gardener, but most importantly a wonderful and loving family man.  Family and friends will gather for a Celebration of Life  on March 28, 2026  10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The Blue Island Memorial Park Field, 12804 S. Highland Ave. Blue Island, IL
