Giuseppe "Joe" Latorre April 9, 1946 – October 4, 2026

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Giuseppe "Joe" Latorre, who died peacefully at home on October 4, 2026, surrounded by his family. He was 80 years old.

Joe was born in Bari, Italy, on April 9, 1946, the son of the late Rocco and Carmela Latorre, and brother of sisters Anna and Stella, and brother Michele. He carried his Italian roots with him throughout his life, and they shaped the man, husband, father, and nonno he became.

Joe was a respected business owner, and he built Joe's International Car Care through hard work, honesty, and dedication to the people he served. Customers became familiar faces, and his reputation in the community was one he earned every day for 35 years.

Above all, Joe was devoted to his family. He was rarely without a camera in his hand at his niece’s and grandchildren's events, determined not to miss a moment worth remembering. Those photographs, and the memories behind them, are a gift he leaves to all who loved him.

Joe is survived by his loving wife, Vita Latorre; his children, Rocco Latorre (Danielle), Carmela Baniewicz (Steve), and Gino Latorre; and his cherished grandchildren, Alyssa Latorre, Joseph Latorre, Nicholas Baniewicz, and Anthony Baniewicz. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Deno; his sister-in-law, Jeannette; and his nieces, Dana (Nick) and Samantha.

He will be greatly missed and forever remembered by many.
