Gene Bauza

Gene J. Bauza (Gintautas Jurgis Bauza) passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023 surrounded by his loving family; He was born in Lithuania, and came to the United States and raised his family in Marquette Park , IL. Loving father of Marijus (Cindy) Bauza, Jessica (Salvatore) Alletto, Andrea (Jerry) Lavelle and Nicholas Bauza; Cherished grandfather of Marijus Jr., Michael, Amber (Jacob), Nicole (Chad), Andrew, Jacob, Kyle, Alyssa, Nicholas Jr. and Ilana; Former husband of the late Nijole Juhas. Gene was proud of his career as a printing press operator in printers row. His love for the outdoors and nature will live on with all of us through the year. A memorial mass will be held on June 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Nativity BVM Church.
