Esther Czernik nee Platoszynski, age 89,  Beloved wife of the late Walter Czernik and the late Charles Wlodarski.

 Dearest mother of Christine Stegmeyer, Dr. John (Margaret) Wlodarski and the late Alice R.N. (Edward) VanderVeen;

 Step mother of Stanley (Nancy) Czernik.

Loved grandmother of Dr. Rebecca (Dr. Matthew) Pearce, Matthew (Catherine) VanderVeen, 

Nicole, Noah, and Nathan Wlodasrski; Step grandmother of Sarah, and Steven (Brittany) Czernik; 

Great grandmother of Vivian Pearce, Evelyn and Theodore VanderVeen. 

Sister of the late Phyllis (late Joseph) Polak; Sister in law, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend of many.

Family and friends will gather of  visitation  Saturday January 18, 2025  9:00 a.m. 

until time of Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic 

Church 8245 West 111th Street, Palos Hills, IL. 60465. Interment Resurrection Cemetery
