Edward Svec, age 82. Beloved husband of Roberta (nee Kane). Devoted father of Pamela Svec (Kent) Gansel, Anthony (Josephine) Svec, John (Kathleen) Svec and the late Robert Svec. Loving grandfather of Eric (Holly) Gansel, Colleen (Matt) Roberts, Sara Svec, Aaron (Cheryl) Svec, Brianna Svec, Kayla Svec, Melissa Svec, Kent Gansel Jr., Nathan Svec and Anthony "TJ"..Dear brother of Anne Svec (the late Tom) Saccamando and Eugene (Geraldine) Svec. Cherished son of the late Ann Sipka Svec and Frank Svec. Also survived by many loving great grandchildren , nieces and nephews. Member of Chicago Painter and Decorators Union Local 265.
