Charles Mercer, Sr.

Charles Mercer, age 97 years; U.S. Navy, veteran of WW II. Beloved husband of the late Marie nee Jurkovic. Devoted father of Charles, Christine (the late Charles) Fink, and Catherine (the late Charles) Kostka; Loving grandfather of Angela Fink and Charles Kostka Jr. ; dear brother in law of Richard Kwiatkowski; Charles is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Longtime member of Sheet Metal Workers Local #73. 

Family and friends will gather for a visitation on Thursday, February 6, 2025 3-8 p.m. Funeral Friday, February 7, 2025 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home 11028 Southwest Hwy. Palos Hills, IL 60465.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
