Sister Regina Sitkus

Sister Regina Sitkus, SSC, 92, beloved member of the Sisters of St. Casimir for 73 years, died January 6, 2018. Sister Regina taught and was principal in elementary schools in Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. She taught briefly at Villa Joseph Marie High School in Holland, PA. Sister Regina is survived by nieces and nephews in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and many grandnieces and nephews. Her parents, Anthony and Anna, her twin brother Vito (Josephine), brothers Randolph Anthony (Kathryn), and Joseph (Mary), sister Alma (Paul) Zulick, and nephew Stephen Sitkus preceded her in death. Visitation and Wake Service at Franciscan Village Chapel, 1270 Village Drive, Lemont, Thursday, January 11, 2018, 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., followed by the Mass of Resurrection at 11:15 a.m. Interment, St. Casimir Cemetery.
