Thomas Cosmos 83 of Lemont and formerly of Roino, Arkadias, Greece passed away Tuesday morning October 31st. Beloved and devoted husband of Stavroula nee Alexopoulos for over 60 years. Dearest Father of Kalliope “Peggy” (Andrew) Economos, and Basil “Bill” Cosmos. Loving Pappouli of Ariana and Austin Economos, Tommy, Victoria, Michael, and Kristina Cosmos. Dear Brother of the late Christos (Joann), the late Kostas (late Barbara), and the late Eleni (late Christos) Lambros. Brother-in-law of The late Maria (late Nick) Katsoulis, The late Alexios (Angelika) Alexopoulos, Dimitrios (Olympia) Alexopoulos, The late Peter (Tina) Alexopoulos, the late Eleuterios (late Ioanna) Tsoukalas, and the late Gus (Helen) Alex. Thomas was past President of the Roino Society. He was a Board and Lifetime Member of the A.H.E.P.A. Woodlawn Chapter #93 and was a dedicated member for many years of the Parish Council and Board at Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church of Palos Hills.
