Augustine "Gus" Miedlar, age 87, US Coast Guard veteran of World War II. Beloved husband of Mary(nee Budz). Devoted father of Joseph(Janis Anne) Murzanski and Thomas (Kathy) Miedlar. Loving grandfather of Janis(Steve) Dennis and great grandfather of Joseph, Alexandra and Anna. Dear brother of Thaddeus Miedlar and Edward (Anne) Miedlar. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Memorial visitation Sunday 2-5PM at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 S. Southwest Hwy. (7700W) Palos Hills.
